Payment is accepted by Credit Card and Gift Codes. How and when will I receive my purchase?
All items are produced within 7-10 business days prior to shipping. If items are needed sooner, or to discuss special delivery requirements, please e-mail an account representative, or call them at 972-418-4977. Will I receive confirmation of my online order?

Expect seasonal updates from which to choose new products from. Where can I add special instructions to my order?
At the end of your checkout, a "Special Instructions" field is available for such requests.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Returns will not be accepted unless the item is defective. Shipping & Handling Charges will apply.
